The end of the semester....
I hear everybody shouting "I've done!!!!."
I wanna shout back "I haven't yet!!!."
I am editing a movie now. That movie is called "Beat Fanatic."
This movie starts with the director’s prologue about beat language, while in the background, an example of beat language plays.
The first scene starts with the phone ringing in BP’s, (main character) room. The ringing will be a beatbox sound. BP gets the phone and starts talking with his friends, TD and KeN who are supposed to come to his house. BP gives them direction from the station to his house.
TD and Ken walk to BP’s home while chatting. They get to in front of my house and push a bell. BP let them in and treat them coke.
BP sits on the big chair in front of his desk for DTM (Desk Top Music). TD and Ken sit on the floor and relax. BP starts talking about his audio project entry for the music competition. He shows it to Ken and TD and asks what they think about it. They criticize it and give him the feed back. They suggest that BP needs to turn up the gain of the low frequency and to compress the middle frequency sound. BP looks for a way to fight back against their opinion. But they keep criticizing the song. BP asks them what this song’s good points are. Ken answers there is no good point as long as he doesn’t change the beat itself. TD suggests that it is better to overdub the beatbox on that. BP asked them to demonstrate to see what it would be like. Ken starts beatboxing and TD makes the rhythm with the beat machine. They jam for a while.
After 2 weeks, BP got a mail from the organization which held the music competition. It says “You win. This is PRIZE MONEY.” A few days later, TD and Ken come to his house as usual and find the paper envelope with the prize money on his desk. They ask him how much they can have. BP just laughs at the end.
I' ve almost done. I'll show you soon!!
